The starting lineup for Real Madrid vs. Atletico Madrid with Bellingham and Camavinga in a 4-4-2
Real Madrid plays Atletico Madrid in the semi-finals of the Spanish Suρer Cup on Wednesday. It will be one of the most important games of their season so far.
Los Blancos are in good shape going into the game. Their last game was a 3-1 win over Arandina in the Round of 32 of the Copa del Rey.
This season, Real Madrid has only lost one game, and that was against Diego Simeone’s Atletico. They will be cautious going into tomorrow’s game in Riyadh because of this, but the fact that several hurt players have recently returned is a big plus.
Thibaut Courtois, Eder Militao, David Alaba, and Lucas Vazquez are still out for Real Madrid, though.
Tomorrow’s win would set up a final match against either Barcelona or Osasuna. Before the game, Carlo Ancelotti, the manager, will have to make some interesting choices about who will play.
This is how the Italian coach could prepare Real Madrid to play Atletico in the semi-final of the Spanish Suρer Cup.
The Beginnings
Carlo Ancelotti has to make a big choice about which goalie to start. The Copa del Rey match against Arandina was started by Kepa Arrizabalaga, but Andriy Lunin is likely to come back because he has been playing so well lately.
Antonio Rudiger, a star defender, is likely to return to the starting lineup and play with leader Nacho Fernandez in the middle of the defense. Dani Carvajal, on the other hand, is the clear choice at right back.
After another time away from the team, Ferland Mendy is back with them. Though, since he is only coming back, Fran Garcia is expected to start at left back, though Ancelotti could also use Eduardo Camavinga in that position.
But for tomorrow, Camavinga is likely to start over his fellow countryman Aurelien Tchouameni as the defensive player in Real Madrid’s diamond midfield.
Meanwhile, Federico Valverde and Toni Kroos should stay together as the inner midfielders since they have been playing so well together lately. Luka Modric won’t be able to start because of this.
Jude Bellingham starts all games for Real Madrid in the attacking midfield position, and he will be eager to make a big difference in the win against Atleti.
Assaulting for the Merengues will be Rodrygo Goes and Vinicius Jr., a Brazilian pair. Goes has been playing very well lately.
Useful Things Instead
Brahim Diaz has been playing well lately, and Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti will immediately call him up from the bench.
Tomorrow’s match is also likely to include Luka Modric. You could ask Aurelien Tchouameni to fill in at center back if there is an emєrgєncy or to give someone in the middle of the field a break.
Dani Ceballos and Joselu could also get to play after coming off the bench.
