Liverpool fans express frustration following their team’s 0-1 loss to Crystal Palace in the Premier League, demanding the club to immediately sell Mo Salah.

In the match against Palace at Anfield, Salah played the full 90 minutes but performed extremely poorly. He only attempted 2 shots, one of which was on target. Notably, Salah appeared very clumsy in his ball control, especially in situations where he tried to dribble, often resulting in the ball bouncing meters away.

The Egyptian forward seemed completely off his game, and even former legend Jamie Carragher criticized him. Speaking on Sky Sports, Carragher bluntly said, “This isn’t Mo Salah. He’s not looked himself for a few weeks now.”

Many Liverpool fans have demanded the club to sell Salah as soon as possible after his recent performances. One comment on X read, “Sell Salah to Saudi.” Another added, “It’s time to sell Salah.” A third fan expressed frustration, saying, “We have some useless players towards the end of the season. Sell Salah, let Diaz be a substitute, and use Gakpo.”

In fact, Saudi Arabian clubs have approached Salah in the last two transfer windows. Earlier this year, Al Ittihad offered £150 million to Liverpool for Salah, but the English club declined to sell.

Salah will turn 32 in June, and it’s clear he has declined significantly over time. Currently, Salah is under contract with Liverpool until 2025, but it would be reasonable for The Reds to sell the Egyptian international after this season.

So far, Salah has made 341 appearances for Liverpool, contributing 209 goals and 88 assists. This season alone, he has scored 23 goals and provided 13 assists across all competitions.
