Riding high on the momentum from clinching the Premier League North championship the previous week, the U18 Man United entered the match against Man City with confidence and put on an impressive performance.
Ethan Wheatley was the one who scored a brace in the first half for the “Red Devils”. The only response from U18 Man City came as a late goal from Steven Mfuni. Thus, this 2-1 victory helped the squad under the guidance of Coach Adam Lawrence complete the double title.
