In preparation for their group stage opener, Gareth Southgate’s squad were involved in a possession drill.

There were two tiny goals at one end of the pitch – but they were more than big enough for Bellingham.

The Real Madrid star received the ball in a congested area from Eberechi Eze and took a good first touch out his feet.

Then Bellingham showed off his talent as he improvised to cleverly backheel the ball into the net.

His silky skill caught Kyle Walker off guard as he stood helplessly on the line.

Despite it only being training, the quality was too good to ignore as Bellingham celebrated by giving Aaron Ramsdale a ride on his back.

Fans are desperate for the 20-year-old superstar to pull off some more magic against Serbia.

One supporter said: “This guy really is the key to everything.”

Another added: “What a talent Jude is.”

A third commented: “If he can do this on the pitch, then it’s coming home for sure.”

Bellingham has enjoyed a fantastic debut season at Real Madrid, winning the LaLiga title and Champions League.

He is now hoping to end England’s 58-year wait for a trophy, with club team-mate and Germany star Toni Kroos also confident he will be the main man for the Three Lions.

The veteran said Bellingham is “the complete package” and he is capable of “withstanding the pressure”.
