Mbappe  broke his nose in France’s 1-0 win over Austria in their opening match at Euro 2024. After that, there were rumors that the striker would have to rest for the rest of the tournament. But fortunately, Mbappe recently returned to training with the French team on June 20.

During this training session, Mbappe wore a three-color mask with the flag of the French team. However, according to the regulations of the European Football Federation ( UEFA ), Mbappe can only wear a one-color mask and does not show any identifying information about the device or manufacturer.

Part of UEFA’s regulations states: “Medical equipment worn on the field of play must have a single color and must not contain identifying information about the team or manufacturer.”

In other developments, Mbappe is still not sure he can play in the match against the Netherlands . Coach Didier Deschamps told ESPN that Mbappe will only be on the bench. And he is unlikely to be able to play until the final match in the group stage against Poland.

Coach  Deschamps said: “Everything is going well, after the shock we encountered. Mbappe was able to participate in some light exercises. Everything is developing in the right direction. We will do everything we can.” Maybe to ensure that he will be on the field as soon as possible.”
