Every vacation, the longtime friends Van Dijk and De Bruyne head to Ibiza together to enjoy Calvin Harris’s shows

Fans are just discovering the remarkable friendship between Virgil van Dijk and Kevin de Bruyne. Although they compete as rivals on the field during the Premier League season, their camaraderie off the pitch is evident and impressive.

Virgil van Dijk and Kevin De Bruyne have been to see Calvin Harris

The duo has taken several trips to Ibiza specifically to see DJ Calvin Harris perform. Their first visit was in 2022, during which they had a photo taken with the renowned DJ. Calvin Harris shared this photo on his Instagram, where it was seen by his 11.4 million followers. This isn’t the only time the three have been photographed together.

In 2023, Manchester City and Liverpool stars attended another DJ Calvin Harris performance, this time accompanied by fellow Premier League players Marcus Rashford and Nathan Ake.

The group took a photo together, and Van Dijk even had the chance to join Harris on stage at the Ushuaïa club.

Continuing their tradition, De Bruyne and Van Dijk once again made their annual trip to see the DJ perform this year.

Harris shared another picture of the three of them much to the delight of fans.

They also went back in 2023

They have now realised that the two appear to be quite good friends and can put their on-pitch rivalry behind them – despite Liverpool and Manchester City regularly fighting each other for the title.

One posted: “Yearly Calvin Harris Virgil Van Dijk and De Bruyne post.”

A second commented: “KDB and VVD as always.”

A third wrote: “What’s a summer holiday without a VVD and KDB linkup.”

A fourth said: “De Bruyne and Van Dijk must be best friends.”

Another added: “They are always spending time together.”

Meanwhile, De Bruyne has been linked with an exit from Man City.

The Belgian midfielder is a target of Saudi outfit Al-Ittihad, however, a deal is yet to be agreed.
