The Manchester City star was filmed sitting cross-legged in the middle of a river, striking his famous meditation pose before returning to England for the new season. Haaland seems to be enjoying the last moments of peace and quiet before returning to the noisy and pressured atmosphere of Premier League football.

Haaland made 45 appearances in all competitions last season, scoring 38 goals. Although the Norwegian striker will want to participate in Euro 2024, he will benefit from extra rest ahead of the new domestic season.

The 23-year-old has missed a significant amount of time through injury in the 2023-24 season and will be ready to return after another win in the Premier League under Pep Guardiola.

Once Haaland finishes his meditation break, he will return to training before City leave for their pre-season tour. The Premier League champion is expected to travel to the US to face teams such as AC Milan, Barcelona and Chelsea.
