Al-Nassr star Sadio Mane has returned to Senegal to join the national team for their Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Rwanda. The 31-year-old was greeted by fans of the Teranga Lions at the team’s hotel as they started preparations for Saturday’s match.

As reported by the BBC, the African champions have already secured their spot in next year’s tournament in Ivory Coast and will face Rwanda in the final group match.

In a social media video, a fan struggling to get a photo with the former Liverpool star eventually succeeded.

Despite objections from security, the 2022 African Player of the Year insisted on letting the fan take the picture with him.
