Al-Nassr star Sadio Mane has arrived back in Senegal to link up with the national team for their Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Rwanda.

The 31-year-old was warmly welcomed by Teranga Lions fans at the team hotel as they began preparations for Saturday’s game.

According to the BBC, the African champions have already qualified for next year’s tournament in Ivory Coast and are set to play Rwanda in their final group match.

In a social media video, a fan who had difficulty getting a photo with the former Liverpool star finally managed to do so. Despite resistance from security, the 2022 African Player of the Year made sure the fan was allowed to take the picture with him.
