Man City star Rodri, who avoids Instagram and despises tattoos, lived in dorms while pursuing a degree in business management.
Rodri, the ace of Manchester City, is more than just a ball-winner.
The 25-year-old Spanish player has balanced his illustrious playing career at the Etihad with a degree in business administration and management.
He acknowledged that in addition to winning the Premier League for his team, it took perseverance and commitment. But the effort was worthwhile.
“I’m done. He told mancity.com, “I just have to do one last essay, a little essay, but all the subjects, the big essay at the end are done.”
Although the job was difficult, it was enjoyable in the end.
“You can do anything you want. Being a football player is obviously a very difficult job because it requires you to take care of yourself and rest in addition to playing, training, and games.
Imagine having the entire afternoon free when you return home at three o’clock. You have a lot more options.
“You obviously can’t keep up with the other students, but you can if you’re patient and dedicated.”
The humble midfielder paid £63 million to join the Premier League winners in 2019.
However, because he dislikes ink, you won’t see him sporting tattoos and running the Manchester tattoo parlors like his contemporaries do.
Furthermore, Rodri has no interest in Instagram, so anyone hoping to follow his on social media would be sorely let down.
