New York Yankees starting pitcher Carlos Rodon is having a nightmarish postseason. Apart from dominating for six innings against the Cleveland Guardians during the ALCS, the Yankees ace has struggled to keep hitters at bay.
Even in the ongoing World Series against the LA Dodgers, he could only pitch 3.1 innings where he gave up four earned runs, including three home runs, resulting in a loss. Amid this, his wife, Ashley, shared a message on her social media.
Ahead of World Series Game 4, Ashley posted a message of gratitude to god, which reads:
“The greatest test of faith is when things don’t go your way and you are still able to say, ‘Thank you, God.”‘

Carlos Rodon, who pitched despite having blisters, may get the nod to start a potential Game 6 should the Yankees keep the World Series alive by winning Game 5, which will have Gerrit Cole as the starter. From hereon, every game is a must-win encounter if they want to win the Fall Classic.
Rodon will be hoping for a chance to redeem himself and take the Yankees to the destined land.
