Argentina midfielder Mac Allister is being asked by his ex-girlfriend to compensate him for… living expenses

Camila Mayan and Alexis Mac Allister began their relationship while the Argentine midfielder was playing for Argentinos Juniors in Argentina. In 2019, when Mac Allister moved to Brighton, Camila joined him in England to start a life together.

However, shortly after the 2022 World Cup, the couple ended their relationship.

Soon after their breakup, Mac Allister went public with his new girlfriend, Irish Cova, who happens to be Camila’s best friend. Camila claims that Mac Allister betrayed her before their relationship officially ended.

A few months ago, she filed a lawsuit against the Liverpool midfielder, asserting that she had given up her life in Argentina to be with him abroad and had cared for him, only to be met with infidelity.

In a Mirror interview, Mac Allister maintained his calm, stating that the matter would be resolved legally. He said, “We have broken up and are no longer in contact. She has gone her way, and I have gone mine. The rest is up to the courts. We are still waiting for the court summons.”

Mayan seeks compensation not only for the time they shared but also for her personal belongings.

Her attorney, Ignacio Trimarco, emphasized that her claims are lawful, aligning with protections for individuals in long-term relationships of over two years without formal marriage. He also noted that Camila had not intended for the case to become public knowledge.
